A man has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in connection with the death of a roofer in North Wales earlier this month.
Paul Alker, 33, fell through the skylight he was replacing during repair and maintenance work at a Cornet electrical store in Mount Street, Wrexham, two weeks ago.
North Wales Police arrested a man, who has not been named, on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence last Thursday.
A spokeswoman said: "He has been released on bailpending further inquiries."
Mr Alker died in hospital following surgery last Monday. The Health & Safety Executive said it is awaiting information on whether he died as a result of the accident or the surgery.
Mr Alker's death has taken the number of construction related fatalities to 14 since the start of the HES's recording year on April 1.
